Prepositions

To start I will do a small introduction talking about the theory related to prepositions and after will suggest some websites where we can practice this grammar point !


IN: Indicates that something is inside other thing

Examples:

There is some wine in the bottle.

Look at those people swimming in the pool.

Poor tiger, he has to be in that jail for hours.






AT: Indicates the exact location of something.

Examples:


There is somebody at the door.

Who is that man standing at the train station?

When you leave the hotel, please leave your key at reception.

Linda’s house is the blue one at the end of this street .




ON: Refers to the surface of something


Examples:

There is a label on the bottle.

There is a notice on the door, maybe I should read it !




There are still many more prepositions ,but this are the ones that I use more often and the ones that I have more doubts when I should use them in certain cases or not !

I did all this so I have no more doubts about this grammar point and when I want to revise this subject and practice even more I can go to that link and do even more exercises !
